Capital is widely available at this end of the market. What is scarce is an owner willing to be involved in the operating detail once a transaction is done — and structured so that it can be. PMG is built for that: the first 120 days after a close are treated as the most consequential period of an investment, and involvement continues for as long as the business is held.
PMG maintains a deliberately diversified platform, concentrated in the sectors where it already has an operating foothold, and looks for mature businesses with real market position facing a challenge whose cause can be identified and addressed.
